How to Become an Agency Member
Membership is Easy!
Being a member of Caring Connections has its benefits!
Member agencies can link to families in need of services through school-based case managers. After 19 years of service to the community, Caring Connections is a sterling example of how collaboration can work to benefit children, families and the institutions that serve them.
To become a Caring Connections member agencies must:

Provide a service to the community
- Be involved with attendance at meetings and/or accept referrals from Caring Connections staff
- Assist Caring Connections with volunteer time, financial resources, services to families that are referred, and/or provide resources to school sites
